Knox Bros started with a deep love of Middle-Eastern grill-style food and a clear mission: bring bold, authentic halal flavor to the streets of Knoxville. We've been serving the community, made-to-order, ever since.

Every platter starts with freshly grilled chicken or savory gyro over fragrant hot rice, crisp salad, warm pita, and our signature sauces. Egyptian-style falafel rounds things out — platter, sandwich, or four-piece appetizer.

We set up in the heart of downtown Knoxville and kept showing up — for quick lunches, late-night dinners, and everything in between. Now we're serving the community from multiple Knoxville locations, and we're not slowing down.
